Production Capacities
The production
capacity of a given configuration is inversely proportional to the percentage
of the overall bank run fraction represented by the -1/2 inch (-12.7mm) jig
feed component. The less -1/2IN material present in the bank run fraction, the
greater the production potential of a given configuration. Production potential
is represented by the number, type, and capacity of the primary or first stage
jigs. The 42IN X 42IN duplex Pan-American type mineral jig is the basic mineral
processing component of the MK series. A single cell 42IN X 42IN cell is the
second type of basic primary jig.
